Standard Cleaning
A few minutes of preparation helps our team spend their time cleaning — not moving clutter. Review the checklist below before your standard cleaning visit.
General
- Clear surfaces and floors of clutter so every area can be cleaned
- Secure valuables, cash, and fragile or sentimental items
- Unlock any rooms you would like cleaned
- Keep pets and children clear of the team and equipment while we work
Kitchen
- Store perishable food and clear the countertops
- Remove items from the stovetop and kitchen floor
- Empty the sink and dishwasher so we can clean them properly
Bathrooms
- Clear countertops and the tops of toilets
- Remove personal items from shower and tub areas
- Pick up items from bathroom floors and corners
- Flush all toilets before the team arrives
Bedrooms
- Put away clothing and personal items
- Clear surfaces on nightstands and dressers
- Remove shoes and items from the bedroom floor
